There are many linux distro's that provides the option for users to learn hacking and penetration testing.Wheather you are newbee or professional, these operating systems are user friendly and you can learn the thing you want: hacking.

The list of such linux operating systems are:


  1. Parrot Security Os: Devian based, MATE desktop environment, new os but  better, awesome environment, better performance in old computers too, contains all kali softwares and adds its own too, ethiclal hacking, software testing, can run on vmware(virtual box).
  1. Kali Linux :    Previously known as "backtrack", Devian based, comes with pre installed softwares, came out as game changer, most used os for penetration and hacking, regular updates, can run in vmware, ethical hacking, testing.
  1. BackBox linux :  Ubuntu based, desktop friendly,to perform penetration tests and security assesements,easy to use, web application analysis, i havent personally used it though.!
  1. Deft linux:  Ubuntu based, forensic tests, penetration tests, i havent used it too..!
